(3) Room’s acoustic study using a room acoustics software (according to project needs several acoustic parameters will be analysed, e.g. reverberation time, speech transmission index, clarity, etc). (rooms above 100 m²/1076 ft²), such as auditoriums, churches, or other complex spaces with particular spatial needs.
- Please note that the number of rooms/spaces may be reviewed internally by our team. This usually applies to large open areas, offices with multiple zones, or other complex layouts where the room count cannot be defined automatically.

- Projects purchased through PayPal include a non-refundable order fee in case of cancellation.
- Please note that Vicoustic Acoustic Projects focus exclusively on the design of acoustic treatment solutions using Vicoustic products. The scope does not include speaker layout definition, sound system design, listening position optimisation, room dimension or proportion design, or electronic calibration, which are typically defined by the client before the acoustic treatment phase.
1. I have submitted my project but haven’t been contacted yet. How long does it take?
The Vicoustic Project Team will normally contact you within 1–3 working days (except on holidays).
If you do not receive an email within that period, please contact us directly at projects@vicoustic.com and we will gladly assist you.
2. What’s the delivery time for my acoustic project?
The estimated delivery time will be confirmed by the team once your project data has been reviewed.
Please note that delivery timeframes are for reference only and may be adjusted according to our internal schedule and project flow.
3. Is Vicoustic available in my country?
You can check the list of our official distributors and partners in the Where to Buy.
If your country is not listed, please contact our Sales Department at sales@vicoustic.com.
4. I can’t submit the Vicoustic Project Request Form. What should I do?
If you experience technical issues or cannot submit the online form, please send an email to projects@vicoustic.com describing the problem.
Our team will assist you and provide an alternative submission method.
5. What is included in a Vicoustic Acoustic Project?
Vicoustic Acoustic Projects focus exclusively on the design of acoustic treatment solutions using Vicoustic products.
Please note that the following items are not included in the project scope:
- Loudspeaker or subwoofer layout definition;
- Sound system design or calibration
Listening position optimization; - Room dimension or proportion design.
These aspects are normally defined by the client or the studio designer before the acoustic treatment phase.
6. How can I get the Installation Assistance Document?
Vicoustic can provide the Implementation Details document to assist during the installation process at no additional cost.
To receive it, please, send us a proof of purchase of the products recommended in your proposal (for example, an invoice or order confirmation).
Email this document to projects@vicoustic.com, requesting the Implementation Details.
Once received, our team will schedule the document’s preparation and delivery according to the internal calendar and project flow.
7. How do project revisions work?
Please note that each paid project includes one free revision. This means that the first version of a project (e.g., Version 1) includes one complementary revision (Version 2).
For subsequent versions, the same rule applies — every new paid version includes one free revision.
Example:
- V1 charged → V2 free of charge
- V3 charged → V4 free of charge
Revisions are scheduled according to our internal calendar and availability.
8. Can I cancel my project order?
Projects purchased through PayPal include a non-refundable order fee in case of cancellation, as the initial setup and resource allocation occur upon payment confirmation.
9. I have a space with large open areas or multiple zones. How is the room count determined?
In some cases, the number of rooms/spaces may need to be reviewed internally by our team in order to determine the correct project scope. This usually applies to large open areas, offices with multiple zones, or other complex layouts where the room count cannot be defined automatically.
