A live performance environment in a room
A listening room that recreates the sense of spaciousness and envelopment of a live concert performance was Adam Reynolds' dream, therefore, he requested a project to Vicoustic that could match that goal.
The proposal recommended a balanced environment, to avoid an “over-damped room” or too much reflection and brightness room. Using a mix of state-of-the-art absorbers and diffusers, the listener should be able to feel the ambiance and reverb contained in many recordings.

This room was treated with the new Cinema VMT line of broadband absorbers combined with Multifuser Wood MKII and DC3 diffusers, and Super Bass Extreme Ultra bass traps. The VicPattern Ultra Wavewood and Flexi Wave Ultra give it a final look.
The products were delivered by Focal Naim America, Vicoustic's Distributor in North America, following a concept design and acoustic proposal developed by our Project Team. The installation was done by Schisel, a general contractor near Seattle, Washington.
