A completely equipped professional audio Control Room at Vicoustic's Headquarters in Portugal serves as a showroom for the brand's innovative acoustic solutions.
Beat XL, a large panel to beat them all
Standing out in this room are the state-of-the-art VicPattern Ultra Beat XL extra large acoustic panels inspired by the music beats that cover the side walls. Several large Beat XL panels are aligned side-by-side with the joints almost invisible creating a unique sequence design.
Combining all the advantages of the VicPattern line, including the sound absorption properties of the recycled PET inside the panel with some scattering given by the MDF finish, Beat XL has the advantage of being a larger panel, that can help treat a larger surface.
Flexible combination of sound absorption, diffusion and bass traps
Flexi Wave Ultra make out a wonderful combination with this solution, both design-wise and in performance being a hybrid panel for absoprtion and scattering. Flat Panel VMT in Concrete finish installed in VicSpacer Plus MKII complete the main setting.
The ceiling combines sound absorption with Cinema Fortissimo VMT and sound diffusion with Multifuser DC3, framed by the hybrid Flexi Wave Ultra. Super Bass Extreme Ultra VMT are placed in the corners to act as bass traps, while the front and back walls showcases the Multifuser Wood MKII sound diffuser and two VicDisplay Bass. A Flexi Screen Ultra MKII is also featured for voice recordings.
