Reporting Channel

This channel is intended to receive complaints, reports of suspicions or actual knowledge of transgressions that are occurring or may occur as a result of acts or omissions practiced in the context of the activities carried out by Vicoustic.

By submitting this complaint, the complainant expressly declares that they are reporting actual facts at the time of the complaint. In the case of complaints that are not related to the activities carried out by the company, or outside the allowed time period, they will not be considered for investigation.

In the event of reports of acts or omissions that could constitute the commission of crimes, their content will be forwarded to the competent authorities, in which case Vicoustic may be called upon to collaborate within the scope of the duty to cooperate, in any case safeguarding the applicable secrecy and confidentiality regime.

Reports received through this website will be kept, in accordance with the law, for a period of no less than 5 (five) years.
