Speech intelligibility in open office and classroom
Located in Croatia's capital, the Imobilia Tehno building includes a call center and one classroom that had several problems with echo and speech intelligibility. The facility manager of the building approached Audion d.o.o. following several similar acoustic treatment projects they developed the previous year.
In order to lower the Reverberation Time to acceptable levels, the team proposed an affordable and very effective solution, a combination of Vicoustic's Flat Panel PET and VicOffice Wall panels for both the call center and the classroom.
Swift and silent installation
"We started installation on June 10th and finished on June 13th, coordinating installation process with the people working in the call center, doing all we could to avoid disturbing them", says Amil Makota, Project leader at Audion. The PET panels were installed in the ceiling and walls, while the VicOffice was the solution used for the glass windows.
"We managed to lower down the Reverberation Time to appropriate levels. The manager was very satisfied, not only with the panels, but also with our swift and silent installation."
