Sound-mixing professional David Jakoubovitch explores the secrets of sound on his French-speaking YouTube Channel “Les Secrets du Son”. His videos are recorded at his home studio, which he improvised in a room of his apartment, in Israel.
Sound diffusers to the mix
Sound diffusion is one of the biggest targets in this studio. Usually, small rooms use a lot of absorption. In this case, following the advice from an Acoustician, he mixed both techniques with many sound diffusers to avoid killing the room by making it completely dry.
