CEDIA finalist
Winner of the 2020 CEDIA Home Technology Professional Awards competition, Beaconsfield Home Cinema is a high-performance project developed by Perfect Integration.
A fully bespoke, 13 seater private home cinema in an unused loft room in leafy Buckinghamshire. The client is a big movie lover, who wanted his own playroom now that the kids have left home. Perfect Integration took on full interior and lighting design responsibility on this project, on top of the more usual audio, video and acoustic design.
A bar in the theater
The room is to be used both for movie nights and having friends over to watch to the big game, so a bar area was created at the back of the room, with beer and wine fridges and a dishwasher, subtly lit so it can be safely used without impacting on the movie experience.
The end result is nothing short of breathtaking, with not only exceptional audio visual performance, but with highly effective acoustic treatment, using Vicoustic solutions, allowing the room to be used at high volume levels, even whilst people sleep in the bedrooms below.
