A bar for music lovers, "the Oblicuo Hi-Fi Bar is having incredible feedback", according to its CEO, Ivan Maria Vele: "We are already regarded as a top hi-fi bar in Barcelona and probably Spain."
One of the reasons for its success is the acoustic treatment project designed by Vicoustic's team of Acousticians and Designers. The VicStrip panels stand out for their flexibility in one wall with an LED light and in a round wall, offering a comfortable setting for the attendees.
Vicoustic's team proposed a custom-made solution (framing system) to use the VicStrip mounted on a 45mm batten with Flat Panel PET (40mm) behind the panels, to improve the performance of this panel on the Low Midrange.
Since the ceiling is the most important aspect to consider when acoustically treating a bar, Vicoustic proposed Flat Panel VMT with Vicspacer Plus on the ceiling, to greatly reduce the reverberation time of the space. The client also added Flat Panel VMT to a wall, behind the speakers.
